Looks like winter responded! Yesterday was a mess of driving back into town from Waller, my brother's birthday party (which I could not attend), Scouts, and a Super Bowl party - so I did not get a picture of my outfit. I recreated it for you, because I love our faithful readers and this outfit is obviously a winner. It's my venture scouts uniform - can you tell the crew is largely run by teenage boys?
Like Lindy, today I took advantage of the chill and pulled on a sweater. It's my belief that winter gets the short end of the stick, because for a month or two (most of which actually takes place in the fall) people are SUPER EXCITED about winter and Christmas, and there are winter ads all over the place and you can't change the tv channel without seeing at least one snowman or snowflake. But then, after New Year's, that all disappears and people want to know when spring is coming. But now, in the (actual) middle of winter, I am proud to wear a sweater with snowflakes on it. Even if it has yet to drop below freezing in Houston.
You can pretend like I'm wearing it....when I took the pictures, I was too cold to change.
