La Lune Trop Blême

I don't know why, but outfits like this always remind me of Paris. They're not particularly Parisienne, but I suppose the whole idea of ruffles and romantic knee-length skirts is what makes me think of the city of love.
The post's title comes from a song, La Complainte de la Butte, that was featured in the 2001 film Moulin Rouge.
