I think I've said this before, but yellow and pink color combinations always,
always remind me of banana splits. I also really like the way they look. (Speaking of weird combinations...) Lindy and I went to a luncheon (how fancy) for a medical mission that my grandparents are part of, so I got to dress up a bit more than I normally do on Thursdays! The necklace belonged to my dad's biological mom, who died when he was seven. Obviously, it's a very important piece of jewelry to me, but I've never worn it anywhere because the words
pink and
costume jewelry do not normally work their way into my wardrobe! Regardless, I love it, and I love having it.
P.S. Do you like my shoes? I'm wearing them to my best friend's debut in June and had to (somewhat) break them in before wearing them for four days straight. You won't be seeing them again until then, but afterwards - well, I will have a new favorite pair of shoes.
