This is an interesting outfit for many reasons. This skirt has been sitting in my closet for months, years maybe, and I haven't found the right time to wear it. Its floral, knee length, and i've used it as a rehearsal skirt many, many times. It can be hard to pair something with, because I don't own too much red or navy florals, but today, Independence Day, is the one opprotunity to use it, and not look out of place.
