Fin
Well, I'm not entirely sure how I'm supposed to follow up Lindy's post. She's a lot better at those "showing emotions" and "thanking people beautifully" things than I am :)
When we started this blog a year ago, reaching the end seemed like some hard, abstract, distant goal that it would take forever to reach. Now that we're here, I have no idea how it arrived so quickly. It seems like just yesterday I posted my first outfit - and now I've done 366 of them! Over the course of the year, I've worn outfits I want to wear everyday. I've worn outfits I can't believe I put on, much less posted on the internet. I've had good days, bad days, busy days, and obnoxiously boring days. This has been one of the biggest years of my life, and I'm so glad it's all chronicled on this little blog. Doing this blog has at times been hard, annoying, and creativity-challenging - but most of all, it's been so, so much fun. As glad as I am that I can now wear sweat pants or a dress three days in a row without anyone (besides my family) judging me, and as happy as I am that I can shop whenever I want (because if there's one thing this year hasn't cured me of, its my love of clothes), it's a bittersweet ending. I'll really miss doing this blog. I don't know how long I can stay away from fashion blogging now that I've been bitten by the bug, but with college coming up - well, we'll see what happens.
Okay. So, thank you's. First and foremost, I want to thank Lindy. When I asked you to do this challenge thing with me, you jumped on the boat and we set sail full force. I honestly don't think I could have done it without your support, ideas, and, well, you. I want to thank my mom, dad, and brothers. All four of them took many pictures for me over the course of the year. (Even if it sometimes took a lot of convincing, begging, and bribing on the parts of my brothers!) I also have a special shout out for my brother Liam, who's been taking a lot of my pictures recently. A few days ago, he informed me that he wanted to be the person to take my last picture, which meant more to me than he probably thought! (Little did he know I would be super picky about this picture, because it's the last one and I want it to be perfect. Or something.) This has been a crazy journey, and I think he and my mom (well, certainly my mom) are as sad about it ending as I am! Finally, I want to thank YOU. Whether you just stumbled across this blog or have been following it since day one, it means so much to Lindy and me that you've taken the time to read our little blog!
Oh, and don't go anywhere too quickly...Lindy and I will be back tomorrow with one final post.

A Year Full of Adventures. 2012.
Can you believe it. Today is the final day. We did it! We did 366 different outfits in a year. We documented every day, took pictures of ourselves, regardless of where we were, and updated from all corners of the United States, and even the world. I, to this day, will never know how we did it. But I do know we had a lot of help. So, i'd like to thank the people who have helped us throughout the year.
Mom: My mother has taken my picture (almost) every day for the last 12 months. It hasn't always been at the most opprotune time, and it hasn't always been the easiest (because i'm so picky!), but she did it anyways. She was with me almost every morning, while I contemplated if I had worn something before or not, and she told me when some outfits just "didn't look right". Occasionally, she also let me borrow her stuff. She has been supportive of the blog from day one, and I cannot thank her enough. I love you.
Dad: When my mom wasn't around to take pictures, mostly on weekends, my dad took some. He told me I looked pretty in every picture (he's a big teddy bear). Without even knowing it, he let me borrow his big dress shirts and make them my own! Those shirts are still in my closet, and I'm not sure he has noticed that they've gone missing yet... But he has always been a big supporter of the blog, and i'm proud to be his daughter. So thanks daddy!
My Grammy: My grandma (we call her Grammy) has also been one of those "picture takers". Quite a few mornings, when my mom was gone, I would call her over to my house, and she'd snap my picture. She gave me some of her friend's hand me downs at the beginning of the year, that she could have easily taken for herself, but she didn't. She knew I was on a mission, and let me have them. She's the best grandma ever, and i'm blessed to have her in my life.
Staci: Her name has been mentioned a few times on this blog, but not enough to do her justice. About 85% of the clothes I labeled as "hand me downs" (which is about 75% of my closet) are hers that she gave me selflessly. Both before the year started and during the year, she cleaned out her closet, and gave me whatever I wanted to take. I took so much, and used all of it. We gave some to Abbie as well. We couldn't have created as many outfits without her, and I know I would not have survived if she hadn't given me what she had. So, thank you very much for contributing to our success.
My HITS Girls: A bunch of my HITS Theatre girls and their friends have been following the blog since the beginning. We told everybody about it, and they all wanted to see a piece of it. Many of these same girls have followed the blog since January 1st, and that is a long time! Some of these younger girls (the 8-9th grades) just got a lot of these blog clothes because I wanted to give back to them. The blog legacy lives on, and hopefully they will hand down the clothes to their "babies" in a few years. Thank you, ladies, for supporting the blog for so long!
Our Adult Followers: I know who you are, and you know who you are! You guys have been around since we first advertised it, and have followed it the entire year. I didn't know us teenagers were so intersting, but thank you for all of your constant support!
Team "Lift": Particularly Rhonda, my boss. Rhonda and "Team Lift" have been so supportive of the blog, and have taken my picture on days when I worked all day long. Many customers now know about the blog through my work, and are always excited to heard more about the "blog" news, like when we get more Russian followers! Thank you, Team Lift, for the constant publicity and support!
Last, but definatly not least.....
Abbie: Shortly after christmas in 2011, you convinced me to do this with you. I'll probably never know why I said yes. I knew I had a lot of clothes, and I thought it would be just one big fun thing. But looking back at it, this blog has meant so much more to me. It has certainly been a challenge, not an easy feat, but it's been the best year of my life. I've had a blast learning how to blog, and becoming invested in it all, and it's all thanks to you. You are the marshmellow to my hot chocolate, the doctor to my tardis, and the best friend any girl could ask for. If there is anyone I couldn't have done this without, it would be you. You have let me borrow your clothes countless times. We've been on so many adventures together this year, and we've had the opprotunity to blog what we wore during those adventures! How awesome is that? You've kept me sane in times when I didn't think I could do it. Abbie, there truly are no words. I'm so glad we went on this journey together. It's made us great bloggers, and even better friends. You are literally the best friend i've ever had, and I love you so much. Thank you for such a great year. WE DID IT!!!
You know, today's outfit is "just another outfit" in a sense, but in another way, it's possibly the most important outfit of the year. It's just another day in our challenge, but it's also the last one we will officially document as part of the 366 challenge of 2012. This outfit is just another day around. But it's the last one i'll share with you guys today. Thank you, all. Here it is.

The Penultimate Peril
Wow. So. Tomorrow is the last day of the year - which means tomorrow's the last day of this challenge! How on Earth that happened, I have no idea. Must be the timey wimey stuff. Or something.
This afternoon's just one of those relaxed post-church days where I am attempting to write those last few (frustrating) college essays. That gets pretty old pretty fast, and the essay writing turns into this cycle of things to do. I write for a little bit. Tumblr starts calling my name and I'm lured onto it. I convince myself that writing this blog post is a good reason not to write essays OR get on tumblr. So I try doing this. But then I tell myself that I really need to write essays, so I shut everything off and the cycle begins again.
